You’d swear that college football has become the worst sport on the planet given the response to the first round of the new 12-team playoff.

Indiana didn’t belong. SMU didn’t belong. The committee didn’t get the teams right because there weren’t six SEC teams playing AND EVERYONE KNOWS - Indiana would have ended up 6-6 with a SEC schedule...

There’s LANE Kiffin whining. There’s Nick Saban, or should I say “Alabama Jones” whining. Kirk Herbstreit says dumb things then tries to explain his way out of it.

Except that Ohio State annihilated Tennessee. If they’d only played in Knoxville...
