Maybe it’s the early season wins that help ignite Nebraska fans and fuel expectations? If that’s true then its the heartbreaking losses that test the limits of our resilience. Those ups and downs of conference play are what make us feel like we are riding on a rollercoaster in the regular season.

How can we best navigate the emotional swings? At The Five Heart Podcast, we open our community arms to what we call our “Fan-amily” every Thursday night at 9pm central.
